Taking the guesswork out of a high-stakes purchase
Always discreet offers the most absorbent underwear, pads, and liners through three different product lines—Classic, Boutique and Sensitive to provide coverage and peace of mind for adults who experience bladder leaks. While their robust product lines are sold globally in stores and through all major ecommerce channels, we saw opportunities to enhance product discovery and purchasing experiences. After our successful brand visual library overhaul, Always Discreet tasked us with a full brand site redesign to increase consumer education and purchase confidence while establishing the brand as category experts.




Providing more context
Confidence comes from finding the right product. If you’ve arrived at the Discreet brand site, chances are you’re looking for more context. We learned that consumers can feel overwhelmed making such a high stakes purchase online or in a drugstore and were lacking clarity in fit, absorbency, and product features—crucial components of their purchasing decision.
We worked to close these gaps by through a variety of modules and integrations; descriptive and segmented main navigation, intuitive filters, product discovery quiz, product FAQs, reviews tied to products, absorbency tools, articles written by medical professionals and image carousels showing product on size-specific models.
