Navigating the Maze of Legal Services
Goetz Fitzpatrick, a mid-sized, NYC-based law firm came to our studio looking for a website refresh to coincide with a major business milestone—their 50th anniversary. As the project lead, I collaborated with Goetz Fitzpatrick and our developers at Jetrockets to fuse the company’s impressive heritage with their mission to help clients “navigate the maze”.
We created a responsive WordPress website with a focus on educating prospective clients on the firm’s capabilities, instilling trust through robust attorney profiles, and promoting firm relevancy through integrated articles written by the Goetz Fitzpatrick team.
Strategy
UX + Website Design
The site is clean and easy to navigate with subtle animations and interactive elements to make pages more dynamic. Expertise icons help point the user to specific areas of interest and serve as filterable tags attached to attorneys and articles. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the firm, we created a custom interactive timeline and integrated heritage-related content blocks within relevant pages.
Content areas are connected to create a full picture of the firm’s expertise, while “Jump to” sub- navigations and accordions help consolidate content-heavy areas to bring the user directly to areas of interest.
